CHARACTERISTICS

The YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors are newly developed product lines incorporating new technologies and advanced materials. They represent the upgraded next-generation replacement for the Y2 and YE3 series motors. The YE4 series motors are all manufactured using cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, a new magnetic material widely used in the international motor industry. These motors feature a fully enclosed, externally fan-cooled squirrel-cage structure, offering high efficiency (meeting European EFF efficiency standards), low noise, high torque, excellent starting performance, compact structure, and convenient operation and maintenance. The entire motor is designed with F-class insulation and follows internationally standard insulation structure evaluation methods, thereby enhancing the overall safety and reliability of the motor. The protection rating reaches IP55, meeting the advanced standards of similar products abroad. The YE4 series motors are energy-saving new products that can be widely applied in machine tools, fans, pumps, reducers, compressors, transportation, agricultural machinery, food processing, packaging, and various types of mechanical transmission equipment.
