CHARACTERISTICS
The YE3 series (center height H80–355 mm, 0.18–315 kW) motor is a fully enclosed, self-ventilated squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. It is an upgraded design based on the Y2 series, developed as a general-purpose low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor. The basic product line reaches an internationally advanced level and serves as a next-generation replacement for the Y2 series. Compared to the Y2 series, the YE3 series motors offer higher efficiency, greater starting torque, improved protection rating (IP54), and enhanced insulation class (H-class, tested at F-level). They also feature reduced noise levels, with noise evaluated under load conditions. The motor structure is more rationally designed, with a novel and attractive appearance. The cooling method used is IC411. The mounting dimensions and power ratings fully comply with IEC standards (same as the Y2 series). The YE3 series motors are general-purpose motors suitable for various types of machinery and equipment without special requirements. The YE3 series motors have a rated voltage of 380V and a rated frequency of 50Hz. Motors below 3kW are connected in Y (star), while those above 4kW are connected in . The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40°C, and the altitude shall not exceed 1,000 meters. The operating mode is continuous (SI).

INSTALLATION AND OVERALL DIMENSIONS

Label instructions:
1. The installation and outline dimensions for B3 are fully included in B35. When viewing, simply ignore the flange end cover portion; therefore, the B3 drawing is omitted.
2. The flange end cover: Flange code FF indicates through holes for installation (large flange); FT indicates tapped holes for installation (small flange).
3. For clarity in illustration, the marking positions for flange codes FF and FT are the same, but their scales differ. Both types of flanges are shown in the same diagram; please carefully refer to the dimension table for accurate measurements.
